Privacy Policy

Sculpt Std. is a personal training business run by Eva, based at Goodlife Health Clubs Karrinyup, Perth WA. This policy explains what personal information I collect, why I collect it, and how I look after it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What I collect

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Your Glute Pattern Test result. Your individual quiz answers stay on your device and are not saved.
• Information you share in the consultation form or at your Movement Assessment, including your goals, training history, injuries and relevant health information.
• Session notes, measurements and progress photos or videos, which I only take with your consent.
• Payment details, which are handled by the payment provider. I don't store card numbers.

How I collect it

Through the quiz and signup form on this website, my consultation form, WhatsApp, email, social media messages, and in person during sessions.

Why I collect it

• To deliver your coaching and build training around your body.
• To keep you safe while training, including knowing when to suggest you see a physio or GP.
• To send your quiz result and emails you signed up for.
• To reply to your enquiries and manage bookings and payments.

Health information

I treat health information carefully. I only use it to plan safe, appropriate training for you. I won't share it with anyone without your consent, unless the law requires it. If you ask me to, I can share relevant information with your physio, GP or other health professional.

Who I share it with

I never sell your information. I use trusted services to run the business, which may store your information on my behalf:

• MailerLite, for emails and signup forms.
• Google Forms, for the consultation form.
• My training app, for your program and check-ins.
• WhatsApp, for messages you choose to send me.
• My website host, GoDaddy.

Some of these providers may store information outside Australia, for example in the United States or Europe. I choose reputable providers with appropriate security measures.

Emails

I only send emails to people who have signed up. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Website, cookies and third-party tools

This website uses Google Fonts, the MailerLite signup form and embedded YouTube videos. These services may collect technical information such as your IP address and set cookies. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

Keeping it safe

I take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. I keep it only as long as it's needed for coaching, legal or insurance purposes, then delete or destroy it securely.

Accessing, correcting or deleting your information

You can ask to see the information I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, unless I'm required to keep it. Contact me and I'll respond within 30 days.
